A week in this case represents 7 years. So 69 weeks represents 69 X 7 or 483 years.
To determine the number of days in 69 weeks you have to multiply 483 X 360 since there are 360 days in a Jewish year.
483 X 360 = 173,880 Days
The 70th week is 7 X 360 = 2,520 Days
